Abstract of life

I have been thinking past months on how life works and how one´s life path is ? One night I woke up and had an OBE as I realized that I was having an OBE I really did not have any control what was happening. I went to a dark place and saw these crystals moving in different shapes, sizes and colors popping all around me and and fading out, some of the sides of the crystals where shaking and some pearcing outward some inward, while moving they made a trail behind it. It did not make any sense why I saw these crystals and then it hit me like someone was putting the information in my head. As I got this information I was in a circle tunnel  with out any end. The sides of the tunnel was crystal like texture with different colors, shaking sides and moving. I thought this is like a rock candy but inward and the edges are all in triangles.

Underwater and animals

Previous night I had an OBE, I woke up in the middle of the night and felt this electric pressure feeling in my body, I could not move or do anything I knew that my body was asleep and my mind was awake. I knew that I was going to have an OBE so I thought what should I do when I get out, maybe I should check if the birds and animals are aware of me in this state. After a few minutes I popped out, and while out I tried to figure out how to see things around me I just saw darkness and nothing else. No one was around me and I felt alone in a endless space of emptiness, I thought I should call out to someone because I have had this experience before and someone came but as the person came I woke up. But in this experience I asked not to be sent back but rather to send me on my path to experience.  I had my thoughts what to experience and suddenly it was day somewhere around the world and it was hot outside not cold as it is here in Iceland. I was over the see flying and then I saw some birds I tried to get there attention but nothing happened, so I thought maybe if I touch them, as I flew neer the birds and tried to touch them they flew away. I lost interest in this experience so I thought how is it to go underwater.  As I dived into the see I saw corals and fish around me, but suddenly I thought I should take a breath and it feelt suffocating so I popped inside my body again unharmed.

With this experience I noticed how attached I am to my physical body and how my physical life controls my spirit.

Dancing Stars

It has been a while since I have written anything to this blog so it must be time for me to write about something that happened to me the other day.

I was asleep and woke up, did not realize where I was but it did not seem to interest me where I was.  It was night and I was looking around and did not see anything because it was so dark, while checking things out something told me to look up.  I looked up and saw stars and it was beautiful, suddenly some stars appeared out of nowhere and they begun to move like moving across each other in X formation, dancing and changing colors. I was interested in this then I knew that these stars where not man made objects but it seems that it was controlled by some intelligence, so I thought this must be some UFOs or something like that. Then like I heard a voice saying into my mind "We are coming soon", it was not like it was saying it was coming in threatening way but like the voice was calm and I felt peace with the voice.

I woke up that morning trying to figure out what happened, it was not like I was dreaming and it was not like I was in OBE state. It felt like I was somewhere but also nowhere, I did not feel time passing nor I felt my body or mind thinking. The best way to explain it is I think like I was another person but I did not feel the person itself.

I had a journal witch I lost, now I´m going to translate my journal and post it here.

The dark man

I woke up last night and felt that I was having the sensation of vibration through out my body. So I just waited until it passed so I could leave my body. It was a few moments until I felt something holding my hands down, I did not think about it much so when I felt the time to try to leave the body I got stuck. What ever I did I could not move, but every time I tried to leave I felt like hands holding my hands down. I was laying on my back with my hands straight. I tried as hard as I could but could not move, then I thought maybe if I try to check if I could see, maybe my hands are wrapped around the sheet or something like that. I opened my eyes slowly and saw a dark figure on top of me, I saw him clearly.  The head, his shoulders, arms and his body, he was dark like see through, I could not see his face or his body like a real physical person.  I got frightened of this dark man, because I did not know who he was or why he was there holding me down.  So I struggled as much as could to move my physical body, but could not do that. I noticed that he struggled as hard as he could to hold me down. Then I tried to talk and could not move my lips, then suddenly I said as loud as I could "Go away, Go away" and the dark man just went away like smoke going away. But my voice was not loud, it was like was trying to scream and the dark man was trying to choke me.  Then I was not frightened anymore and thought this is very similar when I had my first OBE experience when I was a little boy.  I felt like this dark figured man was the same man as I met when I was little.  Few minutes later I just went to sleep.

Seeing or not seeing

Once I woke up knowing that I was going to leave the body, the vibrations where like pressure waves going through my whole body. As I realized that it was time to leave the body, I could not do it. I tried and I tried but it did not happen. The vibrations where going slowly and sometimes fast, but what ever I did to try to leave the body, nothing happened.  Then I thought maybe I should just wait and see what happens. After a while nothing happened so I tried to see if I could see through my eyelids and tried as hard as I could. Nothing happened while trying to see, even if I knew that I was in the vibration state. So I thought maybe I should imagine like I was opening my physical eyelids and see what happens, I tried as hard as I could but nothing happened.  So after a while trying with out success I just figured I should just go to sleep, at that point I could see through my eyelids but I could not move or nothing.  I knew and felt that my eyelids where closed and even so I saw the top of my room, but I could not focus correctly nor I could move my eyes to see any other part of the room.  I was getting frustrated so I decided just to go to sleep.

Quick Nap

Just after running 1/2 marathon in 1hour and 47minutes I started feeling sick in my stomach, but I did not allow this problem take over my victory feeling. A day later I started to feel sick and noticed that I had pain in my sinus, so I thought maybe it is a sinus infection. Me and my body was feeling very drowsy and I just had to take a nap to maybe get more energy.

It was just after noon and I was laying in my bed and as I was falling asleep I felt this vibration electric feeling going through my body and I knew that I was going to have out of body experience.  Suddenly I popped out for a few moments and while out I felt how my body was drowsy and sick and it had some effect while out of body. Then I just snapped to my body and I fell asleep.

This is the first time I have noticed that sickness or drowsiness can have some kind of effect while going out of body.  I really did not feel the physical pain but it was like my energy body knew or somehow got affected  or where aware of the physical pain. I really don´t know how to explain it better.

Dream flying a plane

Had a very nice dream last night about flying a plane. I was with my brother who is a pilot and some two other dudes I don´t know. We where in a plane simulation box and my brother was teaching and doing some stuff. One of the guys where trying to fly the plane and my brother was doing some stuff to the simulation so one of the guy needed to fix, but it seemed to hard for the guy.  I sat in the pilots seat and started to fly and my brother said "Ok, I´m now going to switch of one of the engines of the plane, you need to fly the plane and land it safely", then I said "First I´m going to get some higher and then you can switch it of".  The scenery was very realistic in the simulation, almost like it was real. So I tried to get higher but I stalled and the plane went wobbly, the nose was going up and down and I was still loosing heights even thou the both engines where in maximum efficiency. Then I got just above the clouds and my brother said "OK, now I´m going to turn of one of the engine" and he turned it of and I started to loose heights, but I really needed to get the feeling on getting the plane straight, but I was not good enough to fly the plane so I crashed.

It was only a simulation in the dream but it felt like a real plane, at least the scenery.

Exploring Mars

Here is a little experience that I had, I was doing some OBE with out trying to so I popped out of my body and did not know what I should do, it is always like that, maybe because it is not intentional that I try to do OBE. Well I popped out of my body and did not know what do to, so I thought this Mars thingy, why do scientists find it so interesting is it because of the water or something like that, maybe I can go and check it out, so I went to mars and I flew over and saw something interesting. There was this kind of flow like water or something like that so I checked carefully and I noticed that someone was with me telling me about this sand flow or water flow on the surface and he told me that beside this river of something was civilization that had been living there billions of years ago.  I stood on the ground beside the river and saw a little mountain and beside the mountain was something very interesting.  I saw some kind of metallic object that was in the ground and I thought this might be a car or something like that because I had the feeling like it had something to do with apples.  Then I just woke up after that, maybe the last part was some gibberish I don´t know.

Meeting Extraterestrials

One time I was having an OBE with all pre effects before leaving the body, the pressure, electricity going through my body.  While out I was thinking what I should do, so I thought why not try to contact some aliens that are in spaceships or something like that.  As soon as the thought came I was in a black room that had a very little light in it, the room was very clean but it felt like everything was very unclean.  I walked and looked around me and saw someone there, it was some being that I have never seen before, it looked thin but did not look like the aliens as are described in books and movies.  The alien had some kind of suit, don´t know if it was a space suit or something, the suit was grayish but I really did not see everything because it was darkish there.  The alien was doing something on some board that looked just like stone panel coming from the floor and did not have any lights on it or nothing.  I walked towards the alien and tried to communicate, the alien seemed to notice me there but tried to ignore me, so I tried again and then I got the feeling that he was not interested in communicating with me, like I had nothing to offer to him.  So I just lost interest myself and went home to my body.

The course

Woke up in OBE state wandering around and thought I might check if there could be some kind of courses or training in other dimensions, like energy work or magic or something like that.  As soon as the thought came I as in a class room with full of students and a teacher. I was listening to the teacher talking about something and I did not understand anything that the teacher was saying because it felt like it was out of my understanding, similar like going to a 10 day course but not attending the first 9 days and then try to learn on the last day.  As soon as I started to loose interest the teacher noticed me and asked me to go away, but I got interested in the environment of the class room so I started to wander around.  The teacher got irritated and asked me again in such force that did not know what happened, like I was pushed out, I got the feeling that I was not welcome there anymore unless I would commit myself to learn the things that where taught there.

Something new happened

Was reading a book and was getting tired and was going to bed to try to sleep.  But while I was laying in my bed I thought, it would be great to have an OBE right now, but I´m so tired that I just want to go to sleep.  While I was thinking that fully conscious and wide awake I started to feel something in my body, my eyes where open and I started to think what was going on.  I just tried to focus on this feeling and what it was doing, it started from my feet like a trembling or my feet was having a heart attack, thumping 100miles a second, but not in the sense that it was hurting but like the shaking feeling was surrounded around my feet.  It grew more and more until I did not feel my feet but rather my astral body, it started to go upwards and stopped at my chest.  The shaking feeling in my legs where gone but the shaking feeling had moved to my chest and from there to my hands, my chest was shaking like I have never felt before, but not in the physical sense and my hands where extending forward and backwards, up and down like floating but still with this shaking feeling.  After that the shaking feeling started to extend to my head and I felt my head moving up and down similar if I would be weightless.  Next the back like someone was pushing my right shoulder very hard but not like it was hurting.  It was like it was pushing and then not pushing going back and forth etc.

But I was so tired that I did not have the energy to focus on these tremblings, shakings, thumps or what ever it was so I fell asleep. This experience I have never experienced before, I have experienced like I was weightless while in OBE state, but not fully awake with my eyes open like I was.

If someone knows what this could be, please don´t hesitate to let me know. Just going to browse the Internet if I could find someone that has had similar experience. :)

The actual difference

Those who are thinking about OBE and willing to try it out there are few things you will notice and is the difference between the awaking state, obe state, dreaming and lucid dreaming.  There are big differences between these states.  When you are in awaking state you will notice that you are actually awake believe it or not :), you will also notice when you are dreaming that some of the dreams feel different than being awake, you have probably dream´t before so you will know the difference, lucid dreaming is like a dream but you can actually control the dream and you feel as same as when you are dreaming.  But in OBE state you feel more alive than ever, in some instances in my experience I get confused if my awaking state is true reality or the OBE state is the true reality because the OBE state is so extremely real and I´m not able to compare it with the dreaming state. It is very hard to explain but when in OBE state you feel such euphoria of being alive that is even hard to compare to the awaking state, so when I wake up after being OBE it is like my body is a jail of not being truly free. But I know that there are people who have been able to achieve this euphoria while in the physical, I don´t know how it is done but I think that could be very hard to do because we are so attached to the materialistic things such as we survive on money, food, medicine, water etc.

I´m not in hurry to experience this euphoria as some people say while in physical. I have two daughters that I love with all my heart and that is enough euphoria for me.

The strange stuff that happens

Just wanted to write some things that happens to me when the first few seconds or minutes when I´m just exiting my body. There are few things that I have experienced and noticed when I´m exiting the body, such as the pressure or the electric tingling going through my body.

1. The first thing I notice when I experience just before OBE, I get this pressure wave or electric tingling going through my body, going from my toes to my head, sometimes it goes very fast and sometimes it goes slowly.  It seems like a scanner going up and down.  In some instances there are two pressure points starting from my head and one starting from my toes and crossing each other. Once I had the experience that my whole body was under some kind of pressure like I was going to explode.

Book creation and more

Nothing special has happened these past few days, but I still try.  I´m going to create a list of objectives that I would like to do such as.

* Checking for other life on other planets
* Checking out akashic records for more interesting information.
* Connecting to other spiritual beings, similar to Robert A. Monroe

I´m also thinking of creating a book about this subject, maybe some of my diaries and more. I´m thinking to self publish the book. It would be great if you could comment to me to let me know if you might be interested in buying my book ?

Exotic flying

One morning I was in bed and did not want to wake up, it was so nice and warm in bed.  I was just between wake and sleep, so I thought maybe I could do some OBE and the next thing I knew that I was far away in the country here in Iceland. It was beautiful, the trees, flowers, grass, everything was so colorful and it was so much color. It was daylight so I just thought I should fly home. I jumped and started flying and it was so crazy fun that I screamed.  I noticed that there where people at the ground and they noticed me that I was screaming and looked up.  I tried to use the road to lead me because I did not recognize the surroundings from the air, but I knew the road because I have driven this road before. I got faster, and faster. IT WAS HUGE FUN, then it was time to wake up and go to work, that was not as much fun.

OBE after message, the touch.

Had a stiff back and neck, so I went to masseuse to rub the pain away. The guy did it so well that I could not sleep, not because of pain but because I was just so energized and awake. I tried as hard as I could to go to sleep and next thing I noticed was this electric feeling through my body, I got startled and tried to go out my body but it did not work, so I needed just a little bit of patience and pop I got out of my body. While out of body I did not think of anything to, so I just waited and thought what should I do.  Looking at my wife and my daughter after she climbed to our bed after she had a bad dream.  Ahh I said to my self and thought of try touching them in the face and see what happens.  I touched my wife and I got a response from here, not by words but by thoughts, like I was seeing her dream but was like nonsense, the words formed in my head but I did not realize what the words where.  So I got bored and did not want to wake up because I had been lying in bed for many hours with out sleep, so I thought I should just go and sleep.

Controlled dream

As the first time I was talking to a receptionist and noticed that I was dreaming, the next night I tried this experiment again, but I was dreaming something about elves and some cartoon characters, did not know why, but as soon as I noticed that I was dreaming I said to everyone "You know that I´m dreaming and you are a part of my dream, so I control you!!". Everyone looked at me and thought I was crazy.

Knowing your dreaming

Did a little test this week, twice.  I was dreaming and suddenly I realized that I was dreaming, there where people there chatting about something and I was wondering if I could say to them that I was dreaming. I walked at a desk where a receptionist was working and started to talk to here, asked where she lived and stuff but the only thing that I got out of here was just nonsense. So I said to here "Hey listen you know that I´m dreaming and you are in my dream", she stared at me wondering if I was going crazy. I´m not going in details what happened next. ;) But I had control and did everything I wanted, awesome dream.

The dreams on foreign country

Have you ever gotten the same dream more than once, I had a dream like that few nights a row.  I as moving from my country to another to start a new life with my family, but when I was there the skies where gray and everything was so expensive. Some of my friends came to visit and they where acting like crazy, driving around reckless and I was getting annoyed by it. But the main feeling about the dream was the new start, starting a new home at another country, but I really did not like it.  I like mountains, grass, flowers and trees, hot summer breeze. But it was not like I wanted it to be.  Next dream was very similar, my friends where not there, I felt alone.  I walked into a store and the lights where piercing to my eyes, the store clerk who was working there had no life in her eyes, like she did not want to live, I continued shopping and left. Still the skies where gray and sad.  The loneliness was extreme even with all these people around, they did not care for anyone, they did not care if they where dead or alive, they just tried to continue with their sad life, hoping that nothing would stop them earning money.

This dream I have had more than once, but every time a very similar feeling around it. Don´t really know why I´m dreaming this.

Weird experience

I was asleep woke up at my parents house, thought I was just waking up and it was quite natural and I forgot that I was asleep at my house. So I started to walk around but there was something was wrong but I did not quite get a hold of what was wrong. I started to think about aliens, and I did not know why. They looked angry but did not feel angry, the alien faces was like they where angry.  I was on a table and started to feel the same thing as when happens when I start to get an out of body experience, the electric feeling through the body. I did not like this, so suddenly I was at home at my parents and it was still weird because I thought I was not asleep but awake.  After a few moments thinking about this I just snapped to my body at home.  I thought as I awoke, this was some kind of lucid dreaming but it was quite weird because I was awake and I did not really control what was happening because sometimes when I get a lucid dreaming I can control what I do, like I know that I´m asleep. But this time was something around me doing something. Was just weird experience.

Watching other lifes

I got interested in the akashic records when I read about them in some books, I wanted to go there and see how it was like, such as the books and the environment. But it was not as I expected it to be.

The week I had been trying to do some OBE but it always failed, but not that night that I cannot forget. I was sleeping and suddenly I woke up clear as waking, but not in bed but rather in front of a big door.  I knew right away that this was the front door of the akashic records. The door was brown wood like and it had no handles, it was like a door with no access, but I thought maybe I should just think of getting in and click I was inside.  Everything was made of white shining granite, the floor, the ceiling and the cheers. On the left and right side of the room was six thick rounded granite poles just a little bit whiter than the surroundings of the room, on top of the poles was glass with shining star in the middle and it gave a moving light beam out of it.  The room was quite small.  A man in the room had a broom and was sweeping the room, I walked to him and asked him if this was the akashic records.  He said just simply "Yes", I asked him what he was doing here and he said that he was the cleaner and was here to clean and do everything to keep this room clear of dust and unwanted things, this room had to be cleaned forever.  I was wondering if he was happy about this job and he knew what I was thinking and smiled and said that he loved his job.  I asked him about the poles, he said that it was records of feelings and experience because that is the only thing that matters, objects did not matter. I wandered around and knew right away that each pole had different kind of feeling like one had fear, one had sadness, one had love.  I touched one of the glass balls that was emitting light out and suddenly within a split second I experienced a whole lifetime of one person, from the birth to the death, I touched another one and the same happened. These experiences where different, event thou I experienced the whole life of a person I did not receive the personality of the person, similar like watching a movie you watch it and then you forget the persons or the characters but remember the feeling witch you experience while you watched the movie.  One experience I got was from a woman who was poor and had no money but had everything else to give, she had children and was begging for food or money to buy food for her children, she did not care for her self but she cared more for others, she was pure love but there was sadness in her because she could not care for her children like others could and she knew that the only thing that she could give to her children was love.

After this experience I knew that akasich records did not hold information about specific event but rather experiences from someone experiencing the event, this could be past, present or the future experiences. Maybe this is different who access the akashic records, maybe it molds it to the understanding of the induvidual who is experiencing the akashic records.

Inside or outside - the real life

I took a nap in my bed one day and my wife was washing the dishes and my children playing in the sofa.  Then I thought well this nap should be over and I should wake up and go and help my wife wash the dishes and clean the house, I woke up and walked to the door but could not grab the handle on my bedroom door, so I knew that I was out of body and I tried to wake up, so I woke up and I was so refreshed and energized that it was great so I stood up from bed and walked to the door and grabbed the handle on the door but still my hand went through it, I was amazed how wake I was and how my mind was focused, I was more awake than I have ever been, like I felt I had been asleep my whole life.  So again I tried to wake up and woke up, I checked everything, my legs, my hands and if I could touch things and walked to the door and grabbed the handle on the door and I did not get through it but I could open it.  I felt sad, so sad because when I woke up it was like I was going to sleep and dreaming, so this life felt just like a dream and the OBE state was the real life.

The time I felt no time

It was in april 7 years ago when it happened, I was asleep and woke up with this tingling electricity force of shock wave trough out my body, sometimes it feels like a pressure on my body but this one was harsh and quick.  I just waited it out and next thing what happened was I stood in a garden, the garden had a name but I don´t remember what the name was and there was a lady there in white silk dress that was waving in the wind back and forth, she came to me and she was a teacher and she wanted to teach me somethings.  I did not understand why I needed a teacher or what I should learn.  She begun to teach me something and I really did not remember what it was but I think it was something about nature and life.  It was very fuzzy, but in the end of the learning period I thought how many years have I been there, I have met a lot of people there and gotten to know them, they where my friends and my family and I loved them.  So I begun to think about the time, and it seems like I had been there for hundreds of years but the feeling was like half an hour.  I remember I was talking to my friends about getting back to my body and one of them said that I will probably forget them when I will get back and I said that I would promise to remember the time that I spent with them, as soon as I said that I woke up.

The feeling of time that did not exist was very strange, because it felt like I had been living in hundreds or even thousands of years but it only happened in few minutes while I was sleeping.  My friends where correct I cannot remember them but I remember saying to them that I would not forget them or the time I was with them.

Situations

In many situations I have experienced first stages of OBE and when that happens it seems to be easy to get the vibrations or the tingling electric wave through out my body, but sometimes when that happens I get excited and try as hard as I can to get out and then when I´m not out for a a while when the vibrations are there I get frustrated and nothing happens.  Sometimes I just let the vibrations continue and be relaxed but then they fade away and nothing happens, that is very frustrating. In most cases when I´m very aware of my surroundings, my body and the vibrations something interrupts me physically, like watery mouth, itch somewhere witch seems to have in most cases a bad influence when trying to have OBE or Astral Projection.  I asked someone in some forum why this happens and the response was "You got an ego problem", I did not understand it then and I don´t understand it now.  Maybe I´m just so eager to get out that something interrupts me.

The white burn

Woke up the night and had to go to the toilet to pee.  When I came back I laid down on the bed and tried to sleep, I was to tired to do anything and to tired to think but I could not sleep.  So I lay there in bed thinking of the future and how the future will be.  Then "click" like someone punched me but did not feel the punch and I stood in front of a red car in a big city, on the left of the car there was a store that sold apples, red apples.  Something flew over me and crashed, I tried to look at what it was and could not see it. I looked at the car again and it was burned and there was a burnt teddy bear there. There was a hallway between the apple store and some buildings so I walked over there and saw a lot of TV news people but with the old cameras, like from the 60s.  I wondered what had happened and if I could go where the crash was and with the speed of thought I stood at a gas station and there where buildings on the left of me, I heard something and looked up in the skies and saw a huge white orange light coming down, the buildings was in rubble and I saw some children there walking up stairs witch led to nowhere, I knew that I could not help them but I tried to call them.  The bright orange burning light was coming down, I saw stairs leading down on my right side and someone was there trying to get my attention and get me to safety, I ran as fast as I could down the stairs.  Then there was an explosion so big and it was just behind me. I saw a door in the hallway where the stairs led to and the person who was trying to save me opened it and when it opened I saw a huge white burning light, but not bad light but good light and it felt good, the fire was behind me getting very close and I entered the door and closed it. As soon as I closed the door the fire just went past the door and I was safe.  Behind me where two women, one old that was sitting in chair in front of a desk and one younger who stood on her left, in a white bright room with no corners.  The older woman did not say anything but said in her thoughts that I should not mention this to anyone, because this information could get you in danger.

I did not what this experience meant or why I was having this experience.  This was not like a typical OBE or Astral Projection as I´m used to have but had some different feeling, I knew that this was not Lucid dreaming because I did not create anything that was there and was created for me like a movie.  I´m just little nervous about posting this experience in this blog that I had because of what the older woman said.  So this experience I had like about 13 years ago and I did not think of it after that.  Then finally it came to gather when it happened, the red apple, the buildings and the crash.  I thought it could not be, I could not have predicted the future, I was very skeptical about this at first then when the first images came from the TV I knew that this was the same experience I had. "911"

Complete freedom

Have you ever had the feeling of complete freedom, so much freedom that you could not explain or express it in any form of words ?

Many times I have had this experience while OBE or Astral Projection and the feeling of complete freedom is so much that it is hard to describe it with words, because it is nothing that you can touch or taste, it is so exciting that is very hard to explain. At one time I was having a OBE or Astral Projection I wondered if I could fly above the skies and watch the moon shine on the clouds, while flying it was so beautiful and the flying was so nice, the wind went through me and I could feel the cold but not in the sense I feel the cold in the physical.  I got so excited because nothing could stop me, the beauty was everything, the moon, skies, earth bellow and everything around me and inside me and I felt complete freedom, so much freedom that I could not possibly explain in physical form how much freedom it was. It was eternity of love, freedom and happiness, it had no walls, no barriers, no length of measurement, no dimensions, no lefts or rights, no ups or downs, it was everything and in everything, it gets me sad why I cannot explain it better or express how much freedom there is out there in the OBE or Astral World and it gets me sad that I cannot experience this freedom in my physical form.

Watching my past live

I have always wondered what my past life was like, something said to me that I had been a woman my past life but I really did not care for that but I like to know how my past life was like.

The night I was thinking of this I was going to bed, I started to fade away into sleep but then my mind woke up but my body was asleep, I started to have this tingling electric wave through my body and I waited for a few moments and thought of what I had been thinking of, my past lives. I floated just above my body and then I felt someone there with me, not one person but 3 persons like they where just behind me and showing me something.  I was floating in the woods, it was like a rain forest.  I saw something or someone, it was a man, I could almost see him so I moved a little bit closer to see him.  Then I saw him, he was like a indian then I knew everything about him.  He was the indian village protector, he watched the trees, flowers, grass and the animals witch told him everything he had to know about enemies.  If something had changed in the environment he would know who or what has been there.  He was not afraid of anything.  Then suddenly I knew that this man was me in the past life, it was like seeing myself with a different face walking the woods, protecting my people.

Feeling Light

A small experience I had was one night I had this tingling electric wave going through my body and suddenly I felt like the bed was going away from me or like I´m flying slowly from my body.  I felt the feeling of leaving the body because I felt the sensation of the body. Slowly moved upward, I felt my face slowly moving, the arms. Then suddenly a huge starburst through my body and I woke up.

Another world

The electric feeling went through my body like sea of waves, back and fourth. I did not panic and I did not want to panic, I knew that this was it. Suddenly like an explosion I was going through a tunnel of stars, the stars was going through me and past me at a light speed, I started to see something and bam I was in some city with big towers and there are no towers here in Iceland, I felt like Spiderman or Superman jumping between buildings, it was dark outside and I really could not see anything but traffic lights so I thought of someplace that does not exist on this earth and daylight so I could see better and almost right away when the final thought came to my mind I stood in front of a building and was built with brick walls, in front of me where few people watching the building.  I did not recognize them or know them, but it seemed like they knew me and when one of them noticed me they all turned around and watched me and one of them said "You must be lucky to get here, you must be the chosen one", I did not understand why she said that to me and she pointed upward next to the building and said "Watch".  I turned to where she pointed out and saw a beam of light coming from the ground and through the skies.  Everyone there was quite happy over there and everything felt very futuristic, the flowers and the trees was something I have never seen before. Click I was back in my bed.

This experience go to me and I did not know why I had this experience, I always knew somehow that someone was there watching me following me and not 1 persons but three persons.

Controlling or not

The same as always I woke up stiff, could not move and that tingling electricity going through my body. I was getting bored because this was happening every night, so I just kept relaxed and see what would happen. While laying there relaxed I felt the sensation that my body was like a ballon and it was floating like moving water, I did not see anything.  Slam, like a door had been closed forcefully and I noticed that I stood outside of my parents house, I looked around and was wondering if I was sleepwalking so I tried to turn the handle on the door but I could not do that for some reason, I begun to float upward but not high.  I turned around and faced the street and tried to run and then it was like I was flying and jumping then I could not control where I was going because I jumped the houses hight and I floated pretty fast like 12km pr hour and then I saw trees and I tried to turn or move but I could not.  I just went through the trees and I though I would like to go down so on the next street I landed but not on the feet but like half of my body was in the ground and could feel the stones underneath the street, then I thought no no I´m sinking, I want to go up and floated upward towards the see and I could not control where I was going so I floated over the sea, I could see the darkness and I landed below the sea.  I was getting afraid so I woke up.

The next day I thought of this experience a lot because this is not normal.  So I talked to a doctor and see if he could tell me if I am going crazy or not.  The doctor said that this was normal and he was experiencing the same as me for a long time, he said that I could talk to a spiritual person if I would like to close this somehow, don´t know how.  But then I go excited and started to look on the internet if someone had similar experience and I found a lot of books and article about this subject, then I noticed that these experiences where called OBE, Out of body experience or Astral Projection.  I bought some books and begun to read.

The bright light

I was asleep then something woke me up, it was a noise of some sort but did not figure out what the noise was, I tried to focus on the noise and then snap I heard what it was.  I could not move my body, I could not open my eyes or mouth. My body was like a rock and the feeling of tingling electricity came over my body.  I was not concerned about the feeling but rather the noise I heard, it was like a baby crying and a sheep.  I just let the feeling go through but paid attention to the noise and my surroundings, there where someone there like hovering over me but I did not know who or what it was and it was not one but many. I did not give in to the fear and tried to open my eyes, my body was laying on the right side.  I slowly opened my eyes and saw legs of two figures going through the wall.  The legs where white and the door in on the wall was bright and I could not see through the door because it was so bright, snap I fell asleep.

The watery moon

It was hard in school this day and I was exousted, I went to bed a little late and my girlfriend was sleeping next to me.  The bed was small so it was not very cosy.  I begun to drift into sleep when suddenly I got the feeling of tingling electricity through my body, I was getting frustrated because I did not know what this feeling was, suddenly I was located near my old kindergarden floating above the houses.  I saw the moon like it was watery but very beautiful, I felt the wind and the cold but not in the sense that I was cold.   I fell asleep.  From that moment it just got interesting because the flying was awesome.

Sleeping issue

I went to the cinema last night and watched Avengers, very cool movie. It was long and I got home pretty late.  I tried to experience OBE but could not fall asleep so I was awake for a long time last night until I just like knocked out.  Woke up this morning very sleepy.

My first small OBE experience

The strange feeling of pressure or tingling electricity going through the body from the toes to my head like I was scanned with some kind of instrument, but I could not open my eyes and I could not move.  I was afraid, I tried to call my mother but my mouth would not move. I´m 7 years old and I don´t know what is happening, what could this be, am I dying or is this some kind of sickness. I was afraid of opening my eyes, because I felt someone there, poking me, doing something to me.  Then I got the courage to open my eyes and I tried as hard I could do and then I opened my eyes and I saw a big but thin person and very shadowy, I could not focus on the person so I could not see who he was.  I knew that the person was a he and then suddenly when the person noticed that I was awake it was like he was talking to my by thoughts and saying "what are you doing, you should be asleep" and then like a slam of huge doze of sleeping drug and I was asleep.  I woke up in the morning thinking what the heck was this, but I did not think of it any more because I was alright and nothing wrong with me.

This memory is still with me to this day, I don´t know what this experience was but it is similar to the OBE experience, well at least the tingling electricity through my body.

Fell asleep

Fell asleep last night, nothing happened.  I have just been writing a small article of my first OBE experience, it will be posted tomorrow.

Sometimes frusterating

Why can´t I just experience OBE when I want to experience it? So the past few years I have experienced and not voluntary OBE travel but never gotten to the point where I can get this experience when I want to experience.  So I begun to think why and here is a list where it could be the problem why I don´t go voluntary.

• To much stress, work, family, money and everything in between can cause stress.
• To short time for learning, I try as much as I can to learn and read books about the subject.
• Thinking a lot about work, I´m a computer scientist, I think a lot about solutions for problems, it is on auto drive.
• Thinking a lot about my physical body, such as itch that needs to be scratched and or watery mouth.

Last night I tried to have OBE experience but no avail, just at the time of falling to sleep I got the feeling of electricity through my body for like a second but then click I fell asleep.

It seems like when I have non-voluntary OBE experience and I get this electricity feeling through my body it seems like it is easy going from my physical form and I think often "it is so easy, I know I can do this voluntary when I like, I just need to think inward like I´m shrinking or falling" but when I try voluntary it is not so easy.

At least I have experiences and I will post my past experiences to my blog, hope you will be interested and follow me. :)

Snort woke me up

Last night I tried to get to the OBE state but when I was just in the beginning to fall asleep and get to that state that the electricity was flowing through my body, I heard me snorting and woke up.  It seems like when I´m trying to experience OBE something happens to my physical body such as I got an itch somewhere that needs to be scratched or my mouth fills up with water and that interrupts me a lot.

OBE at saturday night

I was in bed and woke up with this force of electricity like my body was running against wall of brutal wind, I was laying sideways and not on the back, it seems like these electricity type experience is different in how my body position is. Next thing I knew that it was time for OBE but nothing happened, I waited a while and then I thought about the door next to me and click I was in front of the door, but it was dark and I could not see very well, click I was back in my body, the electricity feeling was still there so I tried again and tried to go through the window and it was very hard like trying to get through a very hard rubber and then I popped out of the window.  I thought what should I do next, I flew upward through the skies and tried to get to the stratosphere, but then I begun to get afraid of the heights so I plumed to earth, I thought of my grandfather who is dead and I was at my old grandfathers house and in the garden who he loved, he was attending the flowers.  I stood in front of him and he looked at me and knew that I should not be there and left because he knew that I missed him. So next thing I did was to try to thing maybe I can talk to some dead people that I don´t know so next thing that happened I was in like a train but not a train and there where alot of people there who where looking at me and I begun to chat to a woman named Helen and she asked me who I was and I explained that I was a human still living and going through an experience called astral projection witch a living person can go through the same places as the dead go, she smiled and said that she had never seen anyone that had done that before, a man standing next to here looked at me wondering if this could be true and I knew that he wanted to check if he could connect to me while in the physical form. Click I was in bed.

The next day something strange happened, I was mopping the floor and I got a strange feeling similar to goosebumps and when I moved the feeling left, I stood for a second and it moved from side through the body and I continued to move and still it came back, so I said out loud "I cant see you, I cant hear you but I can feel you", the next thing that happened is I did not get any feelings after that, no goosebumps, like it left.
