Meeting Extraterestrials

One time I was having an OBE with all pre effects before leaving the body, the pressure, electricity going through my body.  While out I was thinking what I should do, so I thought why not try to contact some aliens that are in spaceships or something like that.  As soon as the thought came I was in a black room that had a very little light in it, the room was very clean but it felt like everything was very unclean.  I walked and looked around me and saw someone there, it was some being that I have never seen before, it looked thin but did not look like the aliens as are described in books and movies.  The alien had some kind of suit, don´t know if it was a space suit or something, the suit was grayish but I really did not see everything because it was darkish there.  The alien was doing something on some board that looked just like stone panel coming from the floor and did not have any lights on it or nothing.  I walked towards the alien and tried to communicate, the alien seemed to notice me there but tried to ignore me, so I tried again and then I got the feeling that he was not interested in communicating with me, like I had nothing to offer to him.  So I just lost interest myself and went home to my body.

The course

Woke up in OBE state wandering around and thought I might check if there could be some kind of courses or training in other dimensions, like energy work or magic or something like that.  As soon as the thought came I as in a class room with full of students and a teacher. I was listening to the teacher talking about something and I did not understand anything that the teacher was saying because it felt like it was out of my understanding, similar like going to a 10 day course but not attending the first 9 days and then try to learn on the last day.  As soon as I started to loose interest the teacher noticed me and asked me to go away, but I got interested in the environment of the class room so I started to wander around.  The teacher got irritated and asked me again in such force that did not know what happened, like I was pushed out, I got the feeling that I was not welcome there anymore unless I would commit myself to learn the things that where taught there.

Something new happened

Was reading a book and was getting tired and was going to bed to try to sleep.  But while I was laying in my bed I thought, it would be great to have an OBE right now, but I´m so tired that I just want to go to sleep.  While I was thinking that fully conscious and wide awake I started to feel something in my body, my eyes where open and I started to think what was going on.  I just tried to focus on this feeling and what it was doing, it started from my feet like a trembling or my feet was having a heart attack, thumping 100miles a second, but not in the sense that it was hurting but like the shaking feeling was surrounded around my feet.  It grew more and more until I did not feel my feet but rather my astral body, it started to go upwards and stopped at my chest.  The shaking feeling in my legs where gone but the shaking feeling had moved to my chest and from there to my hands, my chest was shaking like I have never felt before, but not in the physical sense and my hands where extending forward and backwards, up and down like floating but still with this shaking feeling.  After that the shaking feeling started to extend to my head and I felt my head moving up and down similar if I would be weightless.  Next the back like someone was pushing my right shoulder very hard but not like it was hurting.  It was like it was pushing and then not pushing going back and forth etc.

But I was so tired that I did not have the energy to focus on these tremblings, shakings, thumps or what ever it was so I fell asleep. This experience I have never experienced before, I have experienced like I was weightless while in OBE state, but not fully awake with my eyes open like I was.

If someone knows what this could be, please don´t hesitate to let me know. Just going to browse the Internet if I could find someone that has had similar experience. :)

The actual difference

Those who are thinking about OBE and willing to try it out there are few things you will notice and is the difference between the awaking state, obe state, dreaming and lucid dreaming.  There are big differences between these states.  When you are in awaking state you will notice that you are actually awake believe it or not :), you will also notice when you are dreaming that some of the dreams feel different than being awake, you have probably dream´t before so you will know the difference, lucid dreaming is like a dream but you can actually control the dream and you feel as same as when you are dreaming.  But in OBE state you feel more alive than ever, in some instances in my experience I get confused if my awaking state is true reality or the OBE state is the true reality because the OBE state is so extremely real and I´m not able to compare it with the dreaming state. It is very hard to explain but when in OBE state you feel such euphoria of being alive that is even hard to compare to the awaking state, so when I wake up after being OBE it is like my body is a jail of not being truly free. But I know that there are people who have been able to achieve this euphoria while in the physical, I don´t know how it is done but I think that could be very hard to do because we are so attached to the materialistic things such as we survive on money, food, medicine, water etc.

I´m not in hurry to experience this euphoria as some people say while in physical. I have two daughters that I love with all my heart and that is enough euphoria for me.

The strange stuff that happens

Just wanted to write some things that happens to me when the first few seconds or minutes when I´m just exiting my body. There are few things that I have experienced and noticed when I´m exiting the body, such as the pressure or the electric tingling going through my body.

1. The first thing I notice when I experience just before OBE, I get this pressure wave or electric tingling going through my body, going from my toes to my head, sometimes it goes very fast and sometimes it goes slowly.  It seems like a scanner going up and down.  In some instances there are two pressure points starting from my head and one starting from my toes and crossing each other. Once I had the experience that my whole body was under some kind of pressure like I was going to explode.

Book creation and more

Nothing special has happened these past few days, but I still try.  I´m going to create a list of objectives that I would like to do such as.

* Checking for other life on other planets
* Checking out akashic records for more interesting information.
* Connecting to other spiritual beings, similar to Robert A. Monroe

I´m also thinking of creating a book about this subject, maybe some of my diaries and more. I´m thinking to self publish the book. It would be great if you could comment to me to let me know if you might be interested in buying my book ?

Exotic flying

One morning I was in bed and did not want to wake up, it was so nice and warm in bed.  I was just between wake and sleep, so I thought maybe I could do some OBE and the next thing I knew that I was far away in the country here in Iceland. It was beautiful, the trees, flowers, grass, everything was so colorful and it was so much color. It was daylight so I just thought I should fly home. I jumped and started flying and it was so crazy fun that I screamed.  I noticed that there where people at the ground and they noticed me that I was screaming and looked up.  I tried to use the road to lead me because I did not recognize the surroundings from the air, but I knew the road because I have driven this road before. I got faster, and faster. IT WAS HUGE FUN, then it was time to wake up and go to work, that was not as much fun.
