Snort woke me up

Last night I tried to get to the OBE state but when I was just in the beginning to fall asleep and get to that state that the electricity was flowing through my body, I heard me snorting and woke up.  It seems like when I´m trying to experience OBE something happens to my physical body such as I got an itch somewhere that needs to be scratched or my mouth fills up with water and that interrupts me a lot.
